Remark : Please kindly be noted that the registration online will be closed on 8 February 2019. Attendees can register at on-site registration counter during 14-17 February 2019.

EXHIBITOR

Exhibitors have access to the exhibition area and barista competition area only, but no access to the conference sessions and reception dinner. However, they can purchase tickets for those functions at registration counter. The exhibitors do not receive the bag and other materials related to the conference. The number of badges will be based on the size of the exhibitor’s contracted space.

MEDIA

The registered media representatives have access to all sessions including the exhibition areas, poster areas and barista competitions, except technical tour program. To register as media representative, you must be at least 18 years old with a valid media license or a reference in order to submit for getting approval from the Secretariat. After getting approval and email confirmation, you will be permitted to access to the event with no registration fee. Since the allotted number of media is limited, the Local Organizing Committee reserves the right to decline applications. Media registration can be made online.

VISITOR

Visitor can register at on-site registration with no fee for having access to exhibition and barista competitions. For other sessions; conference and reception dinner, including technical tour program, tickets are available on site.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  1. The conference secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail to registration@aseancoffeeconference.com or fax (662) 229-3346 with subject/topic of Cancellation of Registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted.
  2. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference for administrative reasons, and the administration fee will be charged.
  3. In case of cancellation due to bad weather or other uncontrollable factors, no refunded will be considered.
  4. All fees will not be refunded when withdrawal is due to the registrant being unable to make his / her own travel arrangement, such as problems in application for visa or other travel document
  5. Cancellations received refund schedule as follows,
    • before December 25, 2018, 50% of the registration fee
    • after December 25 , 2018, no refund
  6. Registers are able to change type of registration program by following the processes as follows;Writing your request by e-mail to registration@aseancoffeeconference.comwith topic/subject of “Request for Changing type of 1st ACID Program”.In this e-mail, please inform your first name/surname, telephone number, invoice number and your new selected program.
    (*Full registration program fee will not be refunded due to advance booking of technical tour program.)
